Guideline Vosso Glossy Slate Black

The Vosso are the strongest and most advanced reels in the current Guideline collection. They combine a distinctive design with a strong drag system and very solid construction. All models feature a full frame housing to prevent line from getting pinched between the spool and housing. The carbon/stainless steel drag system is rock solid and completely impervious to external influences such as temperature fluctuations, water, moisture or dirt. The system is controlled by a convenient, slightly recessed, large brake knob with a wide range of adjustment for perfect fine-tuning of the brake, eliminating the risk of "over-adjustment" in the heat of the moment.



A recessed reel foot mounted on a super-strong truss design brings the reel close to the rod for lower torque and better balance. These reels are designed and manufactured for demanding use when fishing for salmon, trophy trout, sea trout, steelhead and tropical species. The line and backing capacity is very generous, and the reel is lightweight and extremely strong.

The #68 model is suitable for single-handed rods and lighter switch rods in #7 and #8.
The #79 is the perfect choice for single-handed rods and switch rods in sizes #7 to #9, and for two-handed rods in #8/9.
#911 is for double handed rods in #8/9 to #10/11.
The #1113 has capacity for demanding fishing for tarpon and GT and is the reel for two handed rods in 15-16ft, line weight #10/11 and #11/12.
